Models 36250 and 28250
Design Features: Both the Model 36250 and 28250 compact rotary cleaning nozzles feature three high-pressure fan-shaped spray nozzles mounted on a rotating head. The flow of the cleaning fluid drives the rotating head. These nozzles are precisely positioned to ensure all internal surfaces are fully covered by the spray path. Therefore, both models provide effective internal cleaning for small bottles, cans, and drums. The Model 36250 nozzle body is made of corrosion-resistant engineering plastic, while the bearings and bearing retainers are made of hardened stainless steel; this maximizes wear life and enables high-pressure cleaning up to 5 bar. The Model 28250 compact nozzle, with its 42 mm diameter opening and lower flow fan-shaped spray nozzle, is ideal for cleaning small containers such as canisters. The nozzle body is made of 316 stainless steel to maximize wear life and enable high-pressure cleaning up to 7 bar.
Model 19250 Design Features: The 19250 compact nozzle utilizes a 20mm diameter orifice and the specially positioned two fan-shaped nozzle ports to generate rotational power, providing side spray. A top opening is added to the 19250 model to provide full spherical spray coverage.
The nozzle material is 316 stainless steel, and the bearings and bearing rings are made of hardened stainless steel for maximum wear life.
Maximum operating pressure is 13 bar, and maximum heat resistance is 180°C.
