The Model 100 Rotating Spray Ball operates smoothly and delivers high-impact force, providing effective rotary cleaning. Constructed from stainless steel, it is hygienic and designed to perform 360° self-rotating cleaning within chemical storage tanks. It is specifically engineered for industries such as dairy, food, pharmaceuticals, brewing, chemicals, and industrial fermentation, as well as for other applications requiring high-impact cleaning.

The spray ball is driven by the cleaning fluid, which causes the internal turbine to rotate. The turbine, in turn, drives an internal reduction mechanism; this gear assembly operates along a predetermined trajectory—executing both self-rotation and orbital motion—to achieve comprehensive, 360-degree cleaning with no dead spots.

When not in use, the retractable cleaning nozzle head sits flush with the inner walls of the equipment being cleaned (such as spray dryers, cyclone separators, fluidized beds, storage tanks, piping, etc.). During operation, this retracted position ensures no interference with the process and eliminates product holdup. During the cleaning cycle, water is pumped to the nozzle under pressure, forcing the nozzle head to extend into the correct position to clean the equipment. Once the water supply is cut off, the nozzle head automatically retracts to its original position.

The spray pattern of a spiral nozzle is formed by the shearing of the fluid as it rotates along the spiral, creating multiple concentric cones. These cones produce two to three relatively thick bands of droplets, surrounded by wider, finer bands of droplets.

The anti-drip fine atomizing nozzle uses a brass body with an inlaid stainless steel nozzle core and stainless steel guide vanes. It contains an anti-leakage device. Under water pressure of 0-120kg, the liquid flows at high speed, forming a centrifugal vortex in the guide vanes, and is sprayed out from the nozzle hole as extremely fine hollow mist particles. Using a special ferrotan mesh, the mist particle size is about 50 μm. It is widely used in factory humidification, salt spray tests, artificial fog and other humidification applications. The nozzle hole is drilled using an American precision drilling machine, with a hole diameter between 0.1mm and 15mm. It is well-made and its operating cost is more than 10 times lower than that of gas humidification.
